Frankly I’d be really jacked off if my borderline multi-track claim fell into the hands of a ‘case officer’ - for any reason. That said, if such officers will need to be authorised by judges then judges could simply decline to authorise them.

I find myself praying for an election that will stop this nonsense. The real surprise though is how the senior judiciary seem beguiled by the vendors of snake oil who are behind the ‘reforms’. Exceeding strange.
