I dare say, over a lifetime, the average person (including myself) spends way more on the services of a garage, for car repairs, than solicitors fees.

Its not often you leave a garage, without having a bill for a couple of hundred quid, the same price as a cut price conveyance and i'm at the garage a couple of times a year, typically.

Funnily enough, I don't see radicalised consumerist regulation having yet impacted on them to anywhere near the same extent ?
