I have just contacted the judicial office or JCIO. Judges and Justice Clerks are not accountable. We have the so called JCIO and their biased Ombudsman. They do not look at misconduct because any misconduct provided that it is shrowded in a judicial decision could be fraud, deception, bullying or falsifying court papers. That misconduct is not within the remit of JCIO. Also a justices clerk is not regulated whatsoever. Neither are judges. Solicitors are regulated by the SRA, but Barristers are not regulated. We have the Bar Council but they operate through deception, they claim to regulate but my years of evidence collection shows they act fraudulently with the public. So the selection of judicial office holders is to purely operate a clandestine establishment. You can see that cannot possibly comply with Parliament.
