With respect m’lud, those cynics among us aren’t digitally-challenged flat earthers. We’ve just seen so many MoJ-inspired IT fiascos and harbour a degree of scepticism that the organisation that can’t even deliver a working WiFi signal at court can suddenly take us to Digital Nirvana.
