Dear Peter Causton,

Thank you for an opportunity to make our comments known to the 'Establishment'.

My main concern regarding the 'Civil liabilities' proposals 'Set up', being implemented and led by the Lord Keen of Eelie is the audacity of the elite to assume nobody would check their credibility and worthiness of leading such an issue that effects the major population!

A search on the government's companies house beta search shows the Lord has what are known as 'blind shares holdings' in the Insurance industry. They are blind because politicians whilst in office ought not to have any influence in them! I suspect they still make financial gain?

As the Lord is Scottish, it is noted that Judges in Scotland are allowed to maintain stocks and shares in companies, even if they carry conflict in judgements.
