The BSB bear full responsibility for the gradual erosion of the Bars independence. This was not an overreaction and Counsel can make a submission if fact or inference based.

This is political correctness gone mad by the BSB Panel and the Judiciary. Frankly, the whole thing is a disgrace-Appeal and The Bar Council should back him.

Barristers cannot go to curt and represent anyone properly with one eye and the ever watchful BSB. As a business man I know said. "These people have made a industry out of regulation".
