Good to see this appalling piece of misogynist victim-blaming properly condemned.

The notion that a 16 year old child (or any individual) is responsible for her own sexual assault by one man because she may have some sexual experience with a completely different person has no place in our justice system.

And I'd have expected a QC to be better at drafting an apology. Straight out of the 'sorry not sorry' textbook of non-apologies.
