You would hope not - but you suspect so...

Just when the Bar has the MoJ groggy and sprawled on the ropes, they are stopping the beating and helping them back to their feet.

If they now say Yes and there is then zero chance of ever getting the Treasury to allocate 'proper' money, to restore legal aid work to a reasonable level.

Yet the dismal 'leaders of the Bar' are busy self-congratulating themselves of getting extra 'investment' amounting to a 1% pay increase but only in 1 year's time.

These CBA guys who dealt with the MoJ couldn't negotiate their way out of a paper bag...
