Thanks for your response Scep Tick. In short, yes, I do know that - but one dissent does not a consensus make! Ultimately, the SRA failed to prove their case.

I have no complaint about them challenging the decision procedurally, but I feel they look rather silly when you look at the cocktail of massive costs, proportionality, prospects of success and the fundamental principles of the overriding objective. My view is that some sort of explanation would be helpful to those that contribute to their budget. I feel the tone of other postings and the (very!) few thumbs up I received suggest I'm not alone either.
