On the one hand, many complain the cost is too high for legal service and on the other oppose the reduction in the regulatory burden. While vulnerable clients need protection, what about business clients or at least more experienced clients. Clients should have choice, we spend a fortune collectively on the LS and yet the LS think they could not clearly promote us all. Let some clients be adults and not kids who should be protected from all risks.
