Only the tip of the iceberg! We all know how it is easy to commit whiplash fraud because the claim process simply relies on the person complaining about whiplash even in minor bump cases. Claims management companies, funded by solicitors, have been harvesting whiplash claims on an industrial scale for years now and the public became fully aware of this easy fraud. The cash for crash criminal gangs were only a logical extension of the process. The depressing conclusion is that the whippy industry has corrupted public morals.
