I gthink we should start with a 50/50 presumption unless the parents or the courts think otherwise in a particular case (and that includes fathers doing 50% of the children's washing and that kind of stuff not just fun stuff). My children's father chose not to do one night a year even (and to pay nothing and I paid him). A 50/50 would help families need fathers and also give those men who choose not to spend hours doing mundane family stuff a kick up the bottom to force them to do whether they like it or not.
