I am afraid that the 10's of thousands of whiplash addicts/fraudsters have ruined this for those who are genuine injured.

If you are involved in an accident and complain of whiplash, you would expect that person to go to their GP/hospital etc. That is just my opinion. I accept that waiting times and time constraints are a factor.

However, it amazes me (well-not so much now) when I obtain GP records at the TP's request that invariably record many visits to the GP and either there is one entry to mentioned the RTA followed by subsequent visits and no mentioned of the accident or numerous visits and not one mention of the accident injuries. Better still - the creative answers clients give. I am sick to bone with the lies I am told.

You ever wonder why the rules are now changing. We've had it so good for so long - times move on, and the profession with big wallets churning out £££££ to Tom, Dick and Harry Claims LTD have ruined it. You have the cash -there will always be a victim ready to oblige.

Now these victims are reclaiming their refunds against their former solicitors.
