I think aggravated damages would be better for the claimant personally, but by all means tag on indemnity costs as a slap.

However, unlike insurers or defendants I would not stoop to say that dodgy defendants = dodgy solicitors or insurers. My view is that whoever is dodgy - claimant or defendant - should be the ones to pay.
