Absolutely, totally agree, that law firms should have mandatory policies on sexual harassment and acceptable alcohol consumption at work. There should also be mandatory anti-bullying policies, and mandatory psychiatric evaluation for the perpetrators, mostly partners, who rage until they're red in the face at staff, while other partners look on and remain silent. Totally unacceptable, and disgraceful behaviour.
