This isn't new. I can recall leery stories of a certain Professor which his eponymous firm as to how one might secure a trainee position, I have seen various senior lawyers behaving inappropriately over the decades and had to deal with what to others could have been an unpleasant approach by a Judge at a social event.

While correlation is not causation, I would posit that the majority of those sayign 'where's the evidence' are part of the problem.

PS just "checking my privilege" I am a white, heterosexual, middle class, publically schooled man: this isn't a bunch of snowflakes looking for something to moan about, this is about confronting attitudes that are too prevalent and a disgrace to our profession.

If some of my (former) partners behaved to my daughter the way they behaved to junior employees and counsel they would find out in a rather more direct way than usual the error of their ways.
