I agree with anon @ 12.43 yesterday. This place is also pretty boring socially.

When I started out (in the 80s) it was fairly standard for people in the same offices to be in a relationship and even get married. I can think of 5 or 6 partner/secretary marriages off the top of my head and many, many more amongst solicitor colleagues. That just doesn't seem to happen anymore.

Harassment is bad, absolutely no question, but there has to be room for normal social interaction and behaviour too, unless everyone wants to end up working in some super repressed dystopia.
