All of the Abrahamic faiths view sex outside marriage and homosexuality as sins which deserve the punishment is death. When I say 'all', I mean 'all'.

Does that mean that such a reprehensible belief is conducive with membership on the Roll of Solicitors?
Shouldn't all Christians, Jews and Muslims be kicked out of the profession immediately?
Unless they profess to be on an extreme liberal wing of their religion, of course, in which case, I don't have too much of a problem with them.

Just a serious hypothetical question to ponder over in the light of the decision by the SRA, and certain justifications of it proferred below. I expect that it will act as a red rag to many fundamentalist loons out there!
