Scep Tick has it right, but if i was Scep Tick All I would go further - this statement by the BBC could allow the guilty parties within the BBC to keep this off their CV's, and that could be its sole purpose. As an aside, I would guess the BBC helicopter was also guilty of trespass in the airspace above Sir C's property, they weren't flying over from A to B, and they weren't invited. It's time we had a leading case on airspace in the age of the drone, let alone snooping helicopters.
