Mmmmm - electronic signatures. Forged, genuine?????

My former teacher confronted me over drawings on the school walls as the handwriting looked liked mine. Did try to say I knew nothing about it and some else was responsible (the forgery), but it didn't help that that the actual marker used was in my pocket.

Regarding the veracity of these types of signatures, the HMRC see not to have a problem with ES's.

Let us wait and see when a case hits the court over a will dispute because the the deceased signed the Will, electronically....... 2 years after their death.
