My firm (Oliver Fisher Solicitors), also work in that building. It is a rather nice 60`s building and we have happily been seeing clients there for over 12 years. I would certainly not describe the premises as "redundant". It will be interesting to meet my new neighbours who so far have not introduced themselves.
