Anon 15:09. Of course I'm not in a position to comment on your client's circumstances, but attempts to abuse process go on all the time in the civil and criminal courts. Likewise I won't give my view on how often these become crystallized abuses of process, but it is submitted that two wrongs rarely add up to a right...
