Very interesting to read press reports about the dozens of people who had previously complained about the hotel in Egypt where that poor couple died. In virtually every instance those people where fobbed off by the hotel and were told there was no widespread outbreak of illness. On that analysis the SRA would be targeting those firms who ran those claims yet it appears that their accounts were true. This highlights the conundrum of these claims. There are plenty of fraudulent claims out there. Equally I am.convinced that people have been getting poisoned for decades due to low standards. If nothing else I hope that standards are raised across the board so good poisoning becomes infrequent rather than the accepted norm.
