The timing of this report is no accident, 3 of the largest claimant PI firms at present are all involved and under scrutiny at present for various practices including referral fee's
We all know introduction/ referral or whatever term you use fee's are still part of the claimant PI industry and the reality will soon become clear along with a potential of huge fines, but more importantly it will again show how these firms are still openly and knowingly flouting the rules
