Why don't you tell them and whilst you're there why don't you tell them the reasons these reforms have come about, why don't you show them the headlines in the gazette about your wonderful industry, why don't you tell them how much money your industry pays to CMC's who plague everybody with unsolicited calls regarding accidents...I could go on
