I do not believe either side gives a monkeys about the PI victim in any scenario!

The politicians from any party only care about one person!
The Insurance company only care about profit and dividend regardless of law and morals!
The lawyers are very good at becoming politicians!
CMC's are like the insurance company!

The claimant and defendant (individuals) are forced into a cat and mouse scenario like a game of chess, even if evidence proves one way or another!

The CLB (civil liabilities bill) is another tool to massively increase profits, but as we already gathered from 'The Insurance Man' they only make profit from decent strategy and investment. Funny how the profit graphs imitate political policy changes?
