So insurance man says CILEX have no transferable skills despite having to have completed rigorous academic training and then work in qualifying employment for 3 years.

Whereas he, presumably having left school and bumbled into an entry level admin role in an insurer, worked there his entire life, largely as an RTA drone only to be shunted into one of those roles with a large and vague title that he seems to so despise, has so many transferable skills.
