I would suggest it is highly likely the government will vote this in. It would seem at a time when the country was experiencing horrific terrorism the reforms were still high priority. Several months later the whole mess of Brexit about to peak but here we are again. I voted this government in and never thought I would ever consider Labour could have done a better job but day by day the Tory party are making our country a laughing stock and by the looks of things the massive redundancies brought about by these reforms will pale into insignificance with the absolute mess everyone will be in by April 2020!
