I have to say, prior to the trials and tribulations of fundamental dishonesty in the PI arena, I'd have had no huge issue with this finding. But let's face it, the two do not sit together well at all and I have commented in the LSG ad nauseum about the sheer scale of dishonest litigants and witnesses one finds in the High Court law reports whom appear to go unpunished despite being lambasted by Judges.

Nor, come to think of it, does this judgment sit well with the old cliche of fraud unravelling all.
