Scruff - Anon 10.31 here. Indeed. There is no such hesitation from the Courts in letting negligent road users, employers, public authorities and the like escape the consequences of their negligent acts/omissions or otherwise when a personal injury case is found to be dishonest...

I should add here, that those who bring dishonest personal injury claims will get no sympathy from me, and it is right that the Courts deal with them harshly. But there is a clear disparity here as between PI on the one hand, and everyone else on the other. This needs to be addressed.
