The judgment pays reading.
The claimant, whatever her wrong doing, was entitled to have the legal title in Whiteacre conveyed to her subject to a mortgage the effect and liabilities of which she did not deny. Negligently that didn't happen.
So she wins.
Except that her loss is defined at the time of completion and not at an inflated later date. She can't profit from her wrong doing.
I see nothing wrong in this.
