Given the prevalence of the word "scruff" in the comments, I have just googled it to find out it refers to an apparently popular gay /bisexual dating site or, rather less popularly, "an unlubricated hand job". Which meaning is intended by the users or if neither then what?

I notice in passing the judge at first instance appears to have had a sex change, if the report be accurate.
