If you know there is overcharging happening I take it you have reported it or have simply buried your head in the sand praying its never proven by insurers then moan about being tarred by the same brush.
Some time ago insurers took it upon themselves at their expense to look at overcharging by another insurer for vehicle repairs disguised under the RIPE agreement, the claim went to court and appeal with huge financial losses but it stopped the rot there and then, unless your own sector report these things then you all deserve to be tarnished
