I share his concerns on all fronts.

Whilst maybe not endemic, this year, my local MP urged the Government to step in and end "incompetence, corruption and cronyism" in one of the local councils within his constituency.

And according to media reports and whistle blowers, council departments have unusual ideological beliefs with institutional cover-ups being endemic.
