After reading these comments can anyone tell me if the SRA have ever intervened against any of the Big City firms? Perhaps we never hear of those occasions or do these powerful firms when questioned simply instruct A N Other city firm to fight it out on their behalf? I imagine Mr Beach was reported to the SRA by a charity which suffered a reduction of legacy as a result of the gift of the property to Mr Beach. If the will was made only 4 days before the testator/rix's death then he must have foreseen this could end in tragedy which it did. If one doctor refused to validate the capacity of the testator/rix, he must be guilty of greed or just plain stupidity?
