Is NHSR going to ask the SRA to investigate why Alexander Tugushev and Vitaly Orlov have chosen London solicitors for the Norebo Group litigation ?

Given that Norebo's business is based in Vladivostok surely the case was suitable for a local firm based somewhere in one of the Eastern Russian districts (I hear Kamchatka peninsula solicitors have very reasonable rates) ?

It strains credibility that a firm headquartered in the administrative center of Primorsky Krai would want to be represented by a firm of solicitors 7129 miles away, and therefore I infer that the referring of claims still happens, perhaps on a major scale.

I suspect that referral fees for international commercial fishing dispute resolution cases may have 'gone underground' ( or should that be underwater?) and demand a Solicitors Regulation Authority investigation to uncover attempts to circumvent this ban.
