Anon @ 14:27, employing that logic no doubt you would go on to aver that NHS sub-contractors should not be paid for the goods and services they supply to it and possibly continue with an argument that medical practitioners employed by the NHS should agree to forego their income in excess of the minimum hourly wage. I really suggest that you vacate neverland and get a taste of the real world!
