"Neither the judge nor the parties objected." - I looked all over the transparency site yesterday but could find no idea of what the 'rules' are regarding this blogging. Yes, bring you ID etc. but what I was more interested in was:-

a) can the parties object - some family cases are 'very sensitive' (unfounded allegations etc.)?
b) presumably the parties and any children are not named (as per the typical court order restriction)?

Anyone shed any light on this please?
