So the SRA's idea of getting out of the way is to tell Solicitors and those other entities it regulates to publish price details and service level details so that small business owners can work out the cost of legal advice without having first to make a phone call.
Can I get a waiver from the transparency rules? Will those firms with a waiver be able (where relevant) to ignore transparency rules?
Is there a time limit on Paul Philip's employment with SRA?
