How can you say what you do when HMLR changes the rules, raises requisitions and then complains that there are too many defective applications?

I am sick and tired of dealing with pointless requisitions - in the last two months alone I have had at least two which a practising lawyer would never have raised because they were entirely pointless. Your staff are trying to re-write the legislation to suit themselves it seems. It took the time and effort (and cost) to educate the Land Registry to withdraw them. You shouldn't need to improve consistency. It should be right first time.

We get standard apologies from HMLR for delays for current excessive workloads which are not apologies. They are merely designed to condition us to what to expect in the future. The time taken to carry out first registrations and transfers of part are appalling. If you were a commercial organisation like your customers you would not survive.

I actually dread now putting in any application out of the ordinary because depending on whose desk it lands on will depend on how much more not for profit extra work I have to do.
