Michael Martin - I am genuinely surprised by the downvotes you have received. I suspect they are also "maybe 25" year olds that have that laziness you refer to. I'm only 10 years older than that age range and the idea of basic common sense and courtesy being shrugged off that way amazes me too. Unfortunately, I see it every day in most of our trainee solicitors.
