Anon 13:03 11/10. You are exactly right (if you believe what you read in the free press). I recall the coverage at the time. According to all the coverage, Mr Lee went out of his way to precipitate this litigation. However, I guess that this is the sort of test case that we need to set the boundaries of what is and is not acceptable on both sides of the discrimination argument.
