Are we to assume - from the lack of contradictory indication - that the offending partner is still in his position? I would have thought, if this exercise was intended to be seem as more than a whitewash, that he would have been named, dismissed from BM and reported to the police for having committed a serious crime. After all, it is not just an allegation. This report states categorically that 'a Baker McKenzie partner had sexually a female associate'.
