Don't you just love these ex-QC Judges, who have never spent a proper day in their life dealing with law 'at the sharp end', telling us all how to do our jobs?

And don't we all know that when it comes to professional negligence, these same foolish judges who are urging us to give advice instantaneously will be only too keen to crucify us if we have got it the slightest bit wrong (because you can't properly proof-read a document on a 2inch x 3 inch screen).
