I speak Italian fairly fluently and would love to transfer from UK, but the legal system there is entirely different from our common law jurisdiction and the list is closed. Why should it be so easy for foreign-trained lawyers to compete and queue-jump for legal jobs here in UK, when I, trained in a superior legal system, cannot port my qualification EU or world-wide? Forgive me if I fail to cry over this article.
