Mumby with or without the Family Justice Board, and Attention of Lord Justice, Sir James Munby . or Caroline Dinenage Minister of Health Minister of State for Health and Rt Hon Matt Hancock , Secretary of State for Health, just are either out to lunch or watch doing nothing whilst communications are sent to them and the HCPC and NIPSO both go round and round and dont seem to do anything in my opinion to ensure that Social Workers are acting lawfully and not preventing them from earning thousand whilst children are in their LAC care.
