The indication of what is expected is in the article. "enable injury victims to handle their own claims". If it doesn't do that or prejudices anyone then there is bound to be some legal challenge by an aggrieved party. If access to justice is prevented as a result then are we going to have the same issue we have had with Employment Tribunals. Wouldn't be the first politically driven (which the government admit it is) statute that bit the dust or needed amending. As it stands currently mainly due to the absolute lack of clarification, draft new protocols or rules which show how a LIP will deal with CUE, CRU, MedCo etc and who is going to pay for all this, then the questions will continue to be asked and rightly so.
