I'm much more interested in what the Court of Appeal says than in what four solicitors (all entirely unconnected with the case) think. Phoning four solicitors for comments is pointless. It's just an excuse for not analysing the judgment properly.

"It was ‘somewhat surprising’ that Morrisons lost on vicarious liability, given that Skelton had been convicted of a criminal offence." Erm, what? The fact that an employer can be vicariously liable for an act which involved a criminal offence was established long ago.
