You are missing the point. Making IT work better isn’t the same as making the Justice system more effective for those who use it.
Here’s an example. I can get my driving licence renewed on line very easily. That doesn’t mean I’m a good driver.
Justice involves people. People are at the heart of the system. People need to speak to experienced people to get through the process effectively and efficiently. Having improved IT systems may make you happy and may even make you feel like you’ve done a great job-but unrepresented parties can’t be helped by a machine and our Jystice system, on a daily basis, fails citizens in so many ways.
