Locked topics are so few and far between. We can assume innocent explanation: matters before the court (as with the three conjoined SRA appeals this week), some reporting restriction imposed or requested by a regulator or other authority, or we can assume some sinister conspiracy involving advertising revenue.

In the absence of evidence one way or another, I would suggest that the conspiracy theory must take a distant second place.
